What hardware do you use?
We use servers with AMD Ryzen 7 5800X processors (16 cores). This type of CPU stands out especially in single-core speed, which is the most important factor for most trading platforms.
Do you really guarantee the resources?
Yes. We do not engage in aggressive overselling. The host maintains very low CPU usage even with multiple virtual machines active.
How optimized is Windows 11 Pro?
We use a Windows 11 Pro template optimized specifically for trading. At rest, processor usage is typically kept below 1-2%, leaving almost all resources available for your platforms.
How long have your servers been running without issues?
Our infrastructure is very stable. The main host has been running continuously for over 296 days.
Additionally, several client virtual machines have been running uninterruptedly for between 230 and 290 days.
How can I verify that you really offer better performance than my current provider?
We challenge you to run a real benchmark on your current provider and compare it with our servers. Measure especially:
Single-core speed (Cinebench single-thread or CPU-Z)
Backtest or strategy execution time
CPU consistency under load
Latency and jitter to your broker
We believe the difference is remarkable, especially in single-core speed and resource stability during real trading activity.
Do you do backups?
Yes. We use Proxmox Backup Server (PBS) with automatic daily backups. You also have snapshots available to quickly revert changes if necessary.
What is your resource usage policy?
Our servers are designed exclusively for live trading.
Intensive backtesting, genetic optimizations, walk-forward analysis or any process that consumes a lot of resources in a sustained manner is prohibited.
If we detect excessive and prolonged CPU usage that may affect other clients' performance, we will contact you and, if necessary, temporarily move the machine to a lower-priority resource pool for one week. This policy exists to protect the execution consistency of all live traders.
Can I do backtesting occasionally?
Light and sporadic backtesting is generally acceptable. What we do not allow are long optimization sessions or massive backtesting that keeps CPU elevated for hours.
What operating systems do you use?
We work with optimized Windows 11 Pro. It is the best option for most desktop trading platforms (TradeStation, MultiCharts, Sierra Chart, etc.). We offer the option to activate your own Windows 11 Pro license.
What trading platforms come pre-installed?
The base template includes:

You can install any other platform without issue (MetaTrader 4/5, NinjaTrader, Sierra Chart, AmiBroker, etc.).
Where are the servers located?
In New York, strategically close to the main financial centers (CME, NYSE, NASDAQ and Interactive Brokers). This enables very low latencies in order execution.
How is security handled?
Access via private VPN with certificate (we do not expose the server directly to the internet).
Advanced layered firewall.
Each client operates on their own isolated virtual machine.
We monitor usage to detect anomalous behavior.
